Her name is Miwako Kimura and she is in charge of the Dental Clinic Kimura in Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture. Despite Miwako’s self-proclaimed “cabaret gal” appearance, she graduated from the “elite” Nippon Dental University and is on the board of the Japan Society of Oral Implantology. She chides horrible Japanese dental hygiene in her interview by saying:“Even a high nose* and big eyes, if you have bad breath and rattling teeth you’ve lost but half your charm, haven’t you?”
